Key Responsibilities :
Payroll Processing & Compliance
- Manage payroll operations for designated regions, serving as backup support for colleagues across other territories
- Deliver timely payroll updates and ensure accurate implementation of location-specific compensation rates
- Maintain comprehensive payroll documentation with precision and systematic organization
- Support audit preparation by compiling payroll records and compliance materials
- Provide office-based payroll coverage when required
Employee Relations & Support
Handle HR Help Desk ticket management, distributing assignments appropriatelyAddress employee payroll questions with professionalism, understanding, and prompt resolutionData Management & Processing
Maintain employee information systems for payroll purposes, including working hours, compensation packages, and incentive paymentsExecute manual payroll corrections based on varying regional specificationsHandle specialized payroll requirements for different countries, including unique payment systemsTime Management & Leave Administration
Validate and authorize field team time submissions and leave applications for accuracy across designated regionsQualifications & Skills :
Able to work from the office at least 4 days a week (Wednesdays are working from home days)2-4 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration rolesExperience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Workday is strongly preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formula creation, pivot table functionality, and data analysis capabilitiesStrong numerical aptitude with attention to detail in payroll accuracyKnowledge of Dutch HR regulations and practices is preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesService-oriented mindset with curiosity for process improvementWhat’s in it for you?
