In this role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth by expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships with existing clients. You will play a key role in designing strategies, hitting sales targets, and positioning Samsung SDS as a trusted partner in the logistics industry.
Your main responsibilities include:
Achieving growth with existing customers and meeting sales targets with new ones.
Designing and implementing a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and ensure strong market presence.
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through partnership and a deep understanding of their needs.
Presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to management.
Identifying emerging markets, trends, and competitive movements.
Developing, growing, and supporting new prospects/targets according to company procedures.
Managing credit rating, LBS (Logistics Business Session), contracts, and system set-up.
We are looking for a candidate who brings both expertise and entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal profile includes:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics or Commercial Studies, with logistics experience (preferably 3PL/4PL contract logistics).
An existing network within the industry for future prospects (a strong plus).
5+ years of experience in a comparable role, including supply chain experience in a complex distribution/warehouse environment.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages or Korean is an advantage.
Proven project management experience.
A strong record of meeting sales goals.
Experience in consultative selling and tailoring solutions to customer needs.
Conceptual thinking and an inventive approach.
Successful negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
Strong cultural awareness.
Hands-on mentality and eagerness to seize opportunities and deliver results.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
