Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Engineer (Routing & Switching) to join our dynamic team in Eindhoven. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting complex network infrastructures to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a multicultural environment, playing a key role in delivering robust networking solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement scalable and secure network infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to routing, switching, and connectivity.
  • Configure and maintain routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
  • Implement Access Control Lists (ACLs) and other network security measures.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades to support business growth.
  • Evaluate and recommend new networking tools, technologies, and solutions.
  • Manage and support Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent network equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Escalate critical issues to management as required.
  • Maintain solid documentation and reporting for network performance and changes.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear communication.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in network design, implementation, and maintenance .
  • In-depth knowledge of routing & switching protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
  • Experience with Cisco, Juniper , or similar network hardware.
  • Good understanding of network security best practices .
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience in infrastructure environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Friendly and approachable personality; able to thrive in a multicultural environment.

    • Desirable Skills :

  • ITSM knowledge and experience.
  • Understanding of network security compliance standards.
  • Strong knowledge of network design and operational best practices.
