Your job

As A IT Specialist SAP, you will manage the optimal availability and performance of the global SAP applications, systems, and innovations. The scope covers both the global SAP systems and business processes, and could be extended to more countries. You will be working closely with IT division colleagues, including the Manager Business Systems, Other IT specialists, business Process and Enterprise IT Architects, and the IT Quality Engineer.

Key responsibilities and result areas :

Analyzes and evaluates the quality of the SAP IT policy, guidelines, and procedures related to the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP applications. Assesses the potential impact on the IT infrastructure and formulates proposals to optimize the value of applications and their usage.

Provides knowledge and expertise in the implementation of SAP applications and offers information on their usage.
Provides subject matter expertise to employees within Prothya Biosolutions and advises on SAP-related topics.
Serves as the primary point of contact within IT for SAP-related topics.
Designs application and system specifications and documentation. Performs tests for SAP-related applications to determine if the applications work in accordance with the established requirements.
Is responsible for proactively further developing the SAP platform and SAP-related systems and interfaces within Prothya Biosolutions, while documenting these changes in accordance with GxP guidelines.
Identifies risks, bottlenecks, and deviations in processes supported by SAP and advises management on these matters.
Identifies and analyzes SAP-related process deviations

Profile :

HBO education with a beta profile, optionally supplemented with education in SAP or equivalent.

Knowledge of the objectives of IT, the organizational structure, the portfolio of Prothya Biosolutions, the organizational processes of Prothya Biosolutions, working in an outsourced IT environment with multiple suppliers and stakeholders, and the English language.

HBO education with a beta profile, optionally supplemented with education in SAP or equivalent.

Certification in project management (Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, or similar) is a plus.

Knowledge and understanding of strategic and tactical processes with the aim of analyzing Prothya's needs and solving issues and problems within the scope of attention.

experience in a GMP / GXP production environment is a plus. Experience with the preparation of CSV documentation.;

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

5-10 years of work experience met FICO en MM incl. integratie met andere modules (oa. PP)

At least 3 implementation projects carried out in FICO / MM (Green Field)

5-10 jaar werkervaring met FICO en MM incl. integratie met andere modules (oa. PP)

Experience with S / Hana is a plus

In addition to the English language, either Dutch or French is an advantage
