As an interaction designer you facilitate the design process within your domain. You use data, insights and your design skills to create the best user experience. You are a driven and creative problem solver who understands the bigger picture and also has an eye for details. Every day you tackle complex issues and find the best solutions together with your stakeholders.
How do I become a Interaction Designer at Coolblue?
You're part of a multi-disciplined team that is responsible for a specific part of the online Coolblue experience. As an interaction designer you work together with passionate developers, data analysts and researchers. Your challenge is to pour all data and insights into a customer-oriented design solution. You facilitate and drive the creative process from start to end. You create concepts, user flows, prototypes and visual designs which are in line with our business goals. Each time you test whether your designs meet the criteria. Together with your stakeholders you create the best user experience for your product. For example, you'll be making the check-out on coolblue.nl or one of our internal tools, a little better every day.
You spend most of your time with your product team. You are also part of a design community with designers from other teams. Within this community you share knowledge and support each other. In this way you improve the way we design throughout Coolblue.
