Job description:
As an Executive Assistant you are at the heart of the organization and you have a significant impact on the daily affairs. The General Manager is adept at leading and managing various departments and projects, which requires an attentive eye from the Executive Assistant to communicate effectively with the various levels within the organization. This applies, among other things, when you, as a representative, attend meetings at which the Director cannot be present so that you can take minutes on his behalf. Are these things that you dont mind and that give you energy? Then we are looking for you!

Required:
-HBO working and thinking level or equivalent practical experience;
-5+ years of executive support to senior management;
-Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language;
Strong communication skills, with the initiative to develop productive relationships in business;
-You are reliable and committed and can handle the information provided discreetly;
-Service-providing institution where you know how to distinguish between main and secondary issues;
-You think independently, strategically and critically in solutions;
-Excited to take on this challenging and versatile position!
