Essential ingredients:

• You have good communication skills and are not afraid of talking to guests

  
  

• You have a ‘hands-on’ mentality and flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays;

  
  

• Able to work with a housekeeping app through which you receive housekeeping requests.

  
  

• Working parttime is possible in this position.

  
  

Your tasks and other responsibilities:

• Handling guest requests and internal housekeeping requests;

  
  

• Refilling housekeeping storerooms and pantries;

  
  

• Responsible for the distribution of linen;

  
  

• When necessary, stripping rooms (gather bedlinen and towels from rooms);

  
  

• When necessary, assisting in cleaning public areas and back of house spaces;

  
  

• Helping guests, and of course always with a smile!
