At Mount Consulting, we focus exclusively on challenges within Finance, Risk, Data, and Architecture. Our clients operate at CFO, CRO, and CDO level and face complex transformation challenges related to regulation, data, governance, and organizational change.

As a Senior Consultant, you will not only contribute to project delivery but also help shape client engagements, develop new propositions, and support the continued growth of Mount. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, have plenty of room to take initiative, and continue developing both professionally and personally.

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Consultant, you will be involved in multidisciplinary transformation projects for our national and international clients, from design through implementation. Based on the insights and analyses delivered by you and your team, strategic decisions are made, Finance & Risk processes are transformed, and new regulations are implemented.

While responsibilities vary by project, your work may include:

• Analyzing Finance and Risk landscapes and identifying strategic and practical solutions to business challenges;
• Designing and implementing Finance and Risk operating models and processes;
• Developing transformation roadmaps and supporting the execution of complex finance transformation programs;
• Assessing regulatory requirements and their impact on data, processes, systems, and organizational structures;
• Supporting clients in interpreting and implementing new regulations, including ESG requirements.

In addition, everyone at Mount takes ownership of an internal responsibility and actively contributes to the growth of the firm. This could involve improving internal processes, organizing team events, contributing to recruitment activities, or participating in employer branding initiatives.

WHO ARE YOU?

You naturally take ownership and help drive projects forward. You combine strong analytical and content expertise with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.

You have:

• A relevant Master's degree (WO level), for example in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 2–7 years of experience in a similar role, where you have demonstrated strong entrepreneurial, presentation, and communication skills;
• A strong desire to help clients, colleagues, and yourself continuously improve and develop;
• Fluency in English, knowledge of Dutch language is preffered.

Experience within our domain, industry, products, or processes is a plus. However, if you recognize yourself in the profile above and have a passion for strategy, transformation, governance, and architecture, we would love to hear from you.
