As the Asssistent Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to ensure our social media efforts align with our overall marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**- Implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.- Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific marketing goals and objectives.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.- Analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and others to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to ensure our social media strategy remains innovative and effective.- Manage and grow our social media communities by fostering meaningful interactions and building relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create visually appealing and engaging content.- Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

**Qualifications:**- Experience in Online Marketing or similar role in a corporate or agency setting.- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
