Job Summary : As Manager SAP Security, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the security architecture of our SAP environments, including SAP S / 4HANA as well as its landscape components.

As we implement SAP S / 4HANA, we're seeking a dedicated SAP Security Specialist to join our Cyber Security & Tech Law team. This role focuses on working closely with our clients to design and implement robust SAP security solutions, ensuring the security and compliance of the entire SAP landscape.
Qualifications :
As a manager, you will act as the nexus between business and IT, understanding and translating business and functional requirements into robust SAP security solutions. Your main responsibility will be to lead the SAP Security track of large-scale SAP and S / 4HANA implementations and transformations. You will work in multidisciplinary teams supported by a broad community of experts throughout KPMG. You will be involved in all phases of a transformation—from acquisition, strategy, and analysis to design and implementation. Key Responsibilities :
Help our clients during SAP implementation projects and transformations on the following elements :
o Develop and implement comprehensive SAP security strategies and frameworks,.
o Configure and manage user roles, authorizations, and access controls, enforcing the principle of least privilege.
o Design and enforce segregation of duties (SoD) policies in alignment with business requirements.
o Implement and manage encryption and data protection mechanisms within the SAP environment.
o Ensure operating system hardening and security configurations for SAP servers in line with best practices.
o Collaborate with network teams to secure SAP network communications, including configuring firewalls, VPNs, and SAPRouter.
o Secure databases (e.g., SAP HANA) through effective user management, encryption, and auditing practices.
o Work with middleware and integration teams to secure SAP Process Integration (PI), Process Orchestration (PO), and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
o Implement and configure security monitoring tools, including SAP Security Audit Log, Read Access Logging (RAL), and centralized log management systems.
o Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests within the SAP landscape.
o Develop and maintain an incident response plan specific to SAP security incidents, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of security events.
o Ensure SAP environments comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
o Prepare and support audits related to SAP security, providing necessary documentation and remediation of findings.
o Implement and maintain SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions to manage risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
o Provide training and awareness sessions to end-users and technical teams on SAP security best practices.
o Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to integrate security requirements into project plans.
o Lead the growth of our SAP Security capabilities through knowledge sharing, developing thought leadership, and supporting the career aspirations of team members.
o Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional SAP security solutions and services.
