Your mission
As a Java Developer within the Platform Team, you will work on the core of the Portbase platform. You will build and improve platform services used by various feature and domain teams, helping to further automate and optimize supply chain and logistics processes.
You are involved from design to delivery and actively contribute to improving the platform architecture. You will work in a T-shaped model: bringing strong Java expertise while also contributing across other technologies and disciplines.

About Portbase and the team
Portbase is the digital engine behind the Dutch ports. As both an IT company and a logistics service provider, we connect all parties in the logistics chain. This ranges from shipping companies and terminals to truck drivers and government authorities.
The Platform Team is responsible for developing and improving the technical foundation on which all Portbase services run. The team works closely with others across the organization and plays a key role in innovation and scalability.
