We op zoek naar een Occupational Health / Arboverpleegkundige die ons team komt versterken in Terneuzen , Nederland .

Als Occupational Health / Arboverpleegkundige neem je actief deel aan de bewaking en bevordering van de veiligheid, gezondheid en het welzijn van de mens in zijn arbeidssituatie (arbeid en arbeidsomstandigheden). Daarnaast werk je aan het herkennen, opsporen, analyseren en diagnosticeren van bedreigingen voor het gezonde bestaan van de werkende mens.

In deze rol ondersteun je de noodzakelijke medische verzorging op het Terneuzen Industry Park en draagt bij aan de uitvoering van zowel de locale Arbodienst als de Dow Occupational Health vereisten en initiatieven.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Voert PMO’s (Preventief Medisch Onderzoek) en PAGO’s (Periodiek Arbeidsgezondheidskundig Onderzoek) uit en maakt de groepsrapportages hierover.
Voert de aanstellingskeuring uit onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de bedrijfsarts.
Ondersteunt de bedrijfsarts in de verzuimbegeleiding, met name werkplekbezoek.
Bent verantwoordelijk voor correcte en tijdige uitvoering van taken binnen de RI&E (Risico Inventarisatie en Evaluatie).
Bent betrokken bij het geven van gezondheidsvoorlichting en onderricht, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor tijdige bijstelling van de inhoud van diverse Occupational Health en arbo- gerelateerde trainingen.
Verleent (spoedeisende) medische zorg en algemene preventieve gezondheidszorg onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de bedrijfsarts / Occupational Health Leader Benelux en in het algemene kader van de Occupational Health Management Standard en Dow Clinical Guidelines.
Coördineert o.a. vaccinaties, medicatie- en materiaalbestellingen.
Verricht consignatiediensten voor spoedeisende medische zorg buiten kantooruren & in weekenden.

Kwalificaties

Je hebt minimaal een diploma verpleegkunde op MBO4 niveau.

Het strekt tot aanbeveling als je in het bezit bent van / bezig bent met het behalen van een diploma verpleegkundige, HBO niveau 5 op het gebied van arbeid en gezondheid.

Je hebt een geldige BIG registratie.

Je beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring in de acute hulpverlening.

Het is een pluspunt als je ervaring hebt in verzuimopvolging in samenwerking met een bedrijfsarts (bijvoorbeeld POB).

Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je weg vinden in het Engels.

Het is handig om over goede computervaardigheden te beschikken.

Werktijden zijn van maandag t / m vrijdag van 8.00u tot 16.30u op Dow locatie Terneuzen (+ consignatiediensten)
