In deze rol ben jij dé aanjager van onze groei in Scandinavië. Je focust je voor 80% op het binnenhalen van new business en houdt bestaande relaties warm waar nodig. Je werkt nauw samen met een energiek sales team en benut leads uit ons CRM en LinkedIn Sales Navigator optimaal. Jouw werkplek? Een mix van kantoor, klantbezoek en internationale beurzen.
Je bouwt actief aan een klantenportefeuille in Scandinavië
Je ziet commerciële kansen en speelt hier proactief op in
Je reist 20-25% van je tijd naar Scandinavië voor klantbezoeken
Je bezoekt jaarlijks 2 tot 3 internationale beurzen
Je benut CRM-data en LinkedIn Sales Navigator voor leadopvolging
Je werkt samen met collega’s in Nederland en Frankrijk aan commerciële doelstellingen
Je bent energiek, ondernemend en zit niet graag stil. Je krijgt energie van scoren, maar bent ook een teamplayer. Je ziet kansen en weet precies hoe je die omzet in resultaat.
Je spreekt én schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
Je bent een echte hunter: 80% new business, 20% relatiebeheer
Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar saleservaring, bij voorkeur internationaal
Je bent proactief, zelfstandig én denkt commercieel
Je voelt je thuis in een nuchtere, no-nonsense werkomgeving
Een salaris tussen de €3.500 en €4.500
