What to expect
The Le Camelia breakfast buffet provides all international influences that Hotel Okura has to offer in one. Our In Room Dining offers the ultimate experience in the comfort and privacy of your own room.
In the position of Camelia & In Room Dining trainee you will have the opportunity to work backstage in the largest F&B hotel in the Netherlands. Amongst other tasks, you are responsible for advising and guiding guests and offering service on a very high level. In this internship, you will be able to learn about all aspects of the F&B department. Your main tasks will be:
The traineeship shifts will be from Monday to Sunday, with rotating shifts such as: 06:00 – 14:00, 07:00 – 15:00 or 15:00 – 23:00. You work 5 days a week, 7,6 hours a day. You are also available to work on public holidays. It is possible to work on your thesis or any assigned school tasks once a week.
