Technical Manager I/II in the Project Division of the Estates Office (Ref.: 536931)
We are looking for a Technical Manager I/II in Site Safety to join the Estates Office.
The Role
The appointee will participate in campus expansion projects relating to quality and safety management. He/she will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and supervision of site works and interface works, quality control, carrying out site inspections, overseeing on-site and off-site testing as directed, and monitoring site housekeeping and safety. He/she will liaise with project teams, maintenance and operations teams, Safety Office, external consultants and government authorities in relation to project quality and safety.
The appointee may be required to work shifts, overtime and on public holidays, subject to prior arrangements.

What We offer
The appointment will be made on fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.
