Senior Executive Assistant, Masters Programmes (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 536953) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance) Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with at least 1 to 2 years of full-time work experience, preferably in taught postgraduate programme administration. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), possess good organisational, communication, project management and problem-solving skills, computer literacy, and a passion for working with students from all backgrounds and cultures. They should also be detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task, and work well both independently and in a team, as well as under pressure. The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the Faculty’s taught postgraduate programmes, including programme operations and student administration, as well as recruitment and student admissions as well as other duties as assigned. The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus and may occasionally need to work outside normal office hours, including evenings and weekends. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
