Applications are invited for appointment as Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration (Ref.:536388), to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary to two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
Candidates should possess a PhD or equivalent in Social Work, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field, and have at least two year’s post-qualification experience. They should also have competency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis; strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Knowledge and experience in conducting research in social welfare and private sectors are highly preferred.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in examining how partnerships between NGOs, the corporate sector, and government agencies facilitate workplace inclusion for marginalised populations (e.g., individuals with disabilities or special needs).
