Sales Operations Coordinator

Functieomschrijving

• Manage the full quotation and order process for spare parts
• Prepare quotations based on customer requests
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support Sales and Project Management in securing orders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data
• Ensure that orders are executed within agreed timeframes and budgets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all involved parties
• Communicate order status updates to customers
• Prepare and provide documentation required for smooth delivery and order completion

Functie-eisen

• At least two years of experience managing quotations and orders in a technical environment
• Secondary or higher education, preferably in an administrative or commercial field
• Knowledge of or experience with rotating equipment is an advantage
• Excellent command of Dutch and English; German and French are considered a plus
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Customer-focused and communicative, with strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible, independent, and a true team player
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and CRM systems is an advantage
