Role Description :
As a Product Manager for Safety Management Systems (SMS), you’re responsible for products that help protect the physical and psychological wellbeing of our customers, our business partners, and animals exposed to tourism.
In this role, you work closely with the Head of SMS and your team of engineers and the broader product management community. You set product vision and empower your team to develop and improve SMS products. You prioritize new initiatives based on new threats and attack patterns while taking into account changes in the business and being responsible for the effectiveness of the existing models and tools. You work closely with leaders from other functions, including Human Rights, Partner Marketing, Compliance (and more).
You’re a strong product leader, ideally with experience in Risk, Trust & Safety, Ecommerce or Saas. You're a team player, with a bottom-up approach to developing concepts and products. You have experience working with teams of engineers, copywriters and designers, and know how to apply data driven prioritization. You are good at managing different stakeholders and establishing effective feedback loops for fast iteration. You’re creative, and always ready to adjust your strategy based on the evolution of threats, new technology, and business strategy.
