A leading industrial automation company is searching for someone to take a vital role in building the embedded control features that run critical HVAC and environmental control operations.
These include fans, heaters, vents, screens, lighting, dosing, weather strategies, and secure connectivity into a modern cloud ecosystem.

What you’ll work on...
Design and implement embedded control features for climate & process automation (multi-zone control, sequencing, interlocks, safe states).Develop and improve control algorithms and models (e.g., PID / advanced control concepts, constraint handling, feed-forward using weather data, scheduling logic).Engineer for high availability and resilience including watchdogs, fault handling, fallback strategies, backup / restore, safe degradation, deterministic behavior.Work across modern components and legacy systems, with careful refactoring and backwards compatibility.Collaborate with cloud / digital services teams and full-stack product teams from edge to cloud.Design automated testing strategies, integration testability, runtime observability / telemetry, CI-friendly architectures.What we’re looking for...
Strong track record building embedded systems that control physical processes (industrial automation, HVAC, robotics, energy, motor-control, automotive ECUs, etc.)Experience guiding architecture decisionsExcellent C / C++ skills (architecture and hands-on implementation)Strong Embedded Linux experience in the fieldComfort with control systems thinking (timing, determinism, feedback loops, tuning, modelling mindset)“Quality-first” engineering habits : defensive design, testability, clear interfaces, reliable releasesBonus Skills...
