Job Summary:

Supermicro's sales team is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative person to assist our Sales team for Nordics market in managing customer orders. The position will also be a liaison across different functions, provide product information to clients, and other duties. This position is responsible for sales account maintenance, provide technical and administrative product information to customers as well as daily sales order processing and data entry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with local Nordics sales and direct support with customers.
• Collaboration and with closely with both Sales and Sales support administrators.
• Qualify opportunities, create target lists for the vertical market.
• Monitor inventory, negotiate prices, enter and monitor order stats, facilitate credit and negotiate returns.
• Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects.
• Support and consistently to achieve lead and quota.
• Produce report as necessary.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-3-year relevant work experience; ever worked in IT Industry is a plus.
• Good in English both oral and written is required, Nordics language proficiency or Dutch spoken is a plus.
• Good administrative and communication skills.
• Team player, and good interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented.
• Good Microsoft office experience ( Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).
• Experienced in SAP/ERP systems.
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and diverse culture.
