Area Manager

As an Area Manager, you are the face of our organization in the region. You will lead a dedicated team, build strong client relationships, and maintain structure in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You can maintain an overview, set priorities, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously – all in a business that operates 24 / 7.

What Will You Do?

• Manage, coach, and develop your team.
• Be the first point of contact for our clients in the region and build lasting relationships.
• Oversee the recruitment, development, and optimization of a pool of temporary workers to meet client demands effectively.
• Be accountable for achieving regional KPIs, including metrics such as the number of active workers, hours worked, attrition rates, and absenteeism.
• Operate and make decisions effectively on both operational and tactical levels to drive regional success and meet strategic objectives.
