Your opportunity : Assistant Financial Fund Controller
Are you ready to step out of the accountancy world and into the dynamic environment of private equity? As an Assistant Financial Fund Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial activity within our funds, their entities, and underlying assets. You’ll be responsible for reporting upwards and providing critical support to the Investment Team and Compliance Officer within one of the top-performing PE firms in the sector.
What you’ll do
- Financial Oversight : Assess financial activity within the fund, its entities, and assets, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Coordination : Oversee financial administration and reporting of participations in collaboration with deal teams and accountants.
- Reporting & Valuation : Prepare interim (quarterly / monthly) reporting and forecasting for investment funds; calculate and book NAV.
- Support compliance activities related to AIFMD license.
- Administration : Maintain and update financial administration of the funds.
- Overall Support : Provide comprehensive assistance to the CFO across all financial areas.

Team Player : Strong communication and social skills, balancing professionalism with a positive attitude.Must : relevant Experience : Minimum 3 years in finance, specifically experience in accountancy, and progressing through the AA trajectory.Accuracy & Initiative : Hands-on, practical, and detail oriented.Tech Affinity : Interest in Software / IT or eagerness to learn.Educational Background : HBO / WO in finance or related field.Analytical Skills : Solid understanding of financial and management accounting.Independent & Organized : Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.Excellent command of Dutch, spoken and written.Fluency in English, spoken and written.
