Do you want to play an important role in the development of electronics? Then this might be your chance to join our ambitious XRD (X-ray Diffraction) Floor Standing team.

In this role you will support new product developments and redesigns in Malvern Panalytical's X-ray products. You will design electronic solutions based on inputs from multiple stakeholders through reviews, design, outsourcing, and testing. We are looking for an MBO+ / HBO candidate with 2+ years of relevant experience (medior).

Responsibilities

• Independently create solutions for electronic needs in our systems.
• Carry out hands-on activities on our prototype machines.
• Perform sustaining work on existing machines and document this in our EDA software.
• Make well-considered design choices based on datasheets and system requirements.
• Define verification and validation strategies and write clear test plans based on multiple stakeholders; discuss these with suppliers.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of up-to-date design principles and production techniques and their potential application for Malvern Panalytical.
