You will collaborate closely with partners and (senior) colleagues and play a vital role with the added responsibility of contributing to business development efforts. As a Senior Consultant / Project Manager at Roland Berger you will:

• Take the lead for modules in larger projects, and complete project management of smaller projects (typically leading three to five consultants).
• Coach and develop the consultants in your project teams.
• Work closely with industry experts at Roland Berger.
• Contribute to Roland Berger's knowledge development by capturing insights and drawing lessons from client work.
• Participate in office-wide projects (e.g. in-depth studies on current topics) that further develop Roland Berger or its thinking in a specific area or sector.
• Take an active role in business development efforts.

Our requirements

• You have completed an academic university education (i.e. WO).
• You have between four and ten years of experience in strategy and/or management consulting or in strategic and/or operational roles at a large company or in the public sector. Having prior involvement in automotive is a requirement.
• You have technical affinity and commercial insight.
• You can think analytically and structure arguments clearly.
• You work with precision.
• You are open-minded.
• You have experience managing others and delegating work to more junior team members.
• You are familiar with/experienced in (financial) modeling (Excel), visualizing presentations (PowerPoint) and storytelling.
• You have good oral, written and presentation skills and an excellent command of the English language.

The application process starts with a review of these application documents. When you are invited to the first round, the first step is an analytical assessment via MS Teams. When completed successfully the next step is the first round interviews, which consists of three interviews: one interpersonal interview and two case interviews. In the final phase, you will have two additional interviews and must present a case.
