The Challenge We are seeking No Pay No Cure Recruiters to attract and secure top-tier talent across a range of roles in our organization. As a freelancer, you’ll be compensated on a success basis, earning commissions for every candidate you place who gets hired. This role is perfect for a recruitment professional with a proven track record and a passion for results-driven work. Day in the Life of a Freelance Recruiters at GTE Partner with us to understand role requirements and candidate profiles. Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative recruitment strategies. Present qualified candidates to the hiring team for consideration. Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Support candidates throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience. Maintain a clear pipeline and track progress for ongoing recruitment projects. Important Numbers for this Role Successfully endorsed top talents who perfectly align with the required role specifications. Maintained a high standard of candidate submissions, with 80% of endorsed candidates progressing to interviews. Consistently achieved 3-5 successful hires within the first three months. Your Team When You Join Us As a freelance No Pay No Cure Recruiter , you’ll collaborate closely with our HR team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure candidate alignment. While you’ll operate independently, you’ll have access to the support and guidance of our internal team to help streamline the recruitment process and ensure seamless communication. We would love to hear from you if… You have 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. You thrive in a commission-based structure and are motivated by results. You are adept at sourcing talent through social media, job boards, and networking. You have strong communication and relationship-building skills. You can work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. You are resourceful, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional results. Overview of Our Interview Process Application Submission: Prior Sourcing, the recruiter will provide an Interview Guide that aligns qualifications and requirements with the provided job description (JD). Initial Interview: Recruiter conducts initial interviews based on the interview guide and assesses candidates’ qualifications. Shortlist Submission: Recruiter submits a maximum of 3 qualified candidates’ portfolios to proceed with internal HR review. Final Interview: Candidates meet with the Hiring Manager or CEO for final evaluation. Offer Discussion: Discuss the job offer and invite successful candidates to the pre-onboarding process. Pre-Onboarding: Conduct background and reference checks before initiating onboarding.
