We’re on the lookout for a Talent Sourcing Specialist focusing in the Bangalore market to help us expand our recruitment reach and drive candidate volume for our Bangalore - based roles. The Challenge We are growing & scaling and we are in search of local Bangalore talents who can help us scale. Early Success Milestones for this role Drive candidate volume and increase number of interviews for Bangalore - based roles. Your Team When You Join Us You will report to the HR Manager and closely collaborate with a dedicated Recruiter who will be the main responsible for the overall recruitment of the roles assigned to both of you. We would love to hear from you if… You have proven experience in recruitment in the Bangalore market You have wide network of local Bangalore talents that you can tap into You are great in finding the best talents, reaching out to them, and ensuring that they are engaged and supported throughout the whole recruitment process You are driven and has the attitude to do everything needed to close out roles as soon as possible. Couple of the notes about the role This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role. This role is only for candidates who are currently based in India and who does not need work visa sponsorship now or at any point in the future. This is an as - needed role with a maximum of 20 hours per week depending on the company's requirement. You must be able to commit at least 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week, or more if needed. We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff ( https://hubstaff.com/ ) to track hours worked. Compensation We pay on an hourly basis.
