The next phase of growth calls for a different kind of commercial leadership. There is significant whitespace within the existing customer base and a broader market opportunity that proactive enterprise-led selling is better placed to unlock. The foundations are in place and the ambition now is to build on them with greater intention and at greater scale.
This is a role for a Sales Director who wants to shape what a market leader looks like at its next level of maturity.
What you will own
The opportunity
You will be joining a business that already has what most sales leaders spend years trying to build: a trusted brand a loyal customer base and a strong market position. The task is not to rebuild - it is to elevate.
You will bring modern enterprise sales thinking to a team with deep market knowledge and create the conditions for that knowledge to be deployed more ambitiously. That means raising commercial standards deepening executive relationships and shifting the conversation with customers from operational to strategic.
The scope for growth within the existing base and beyond it is considerable. You will have the executive sponsorship the autonomy and the platform to pursue it.
How you will lead
Ultimo operates with the pace and autonomy of a scale-up backed by the stability and investment of IFS. You will be expected to lead with clarity and conviction - making decisions at pace influencing through credibility and building a team culture that is ambitious disciplined and customer-focused.
This is a role for a leader who earns followership through example brings constructive challenge without ego and creates an environment where high performance becomes the norm.
