The Challenge You’ll be at the helm of our marketing strategy, managing everything from product research to store optimization, driving innovation and strategic growth. Partnering with the CEO and COO, you'll develop and implement cutting-edge strategies that drive our business forward. Day in the Life of a Marketing Manager at GTE Strategy Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, conversion optimization, email, and social media campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Team Leadership: Lead and train the marketing team, providing strategic direction and support for each store’s success. Shopify Management: Oversee Shopify store operations, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are optimized for maximum sales. Performance Tracking: Monitor store performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement. KPI Management: Review and assess team KPIs, offering feedback and guidance to achieve and maintain targets. Strategy Optimization: Refine and develop marketing strategies based on performance data and industry trends. Content and Ads: Manage content creation for SEO and customer retention, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for better ROI. Success Milestones for this role Effective Strategy Execution: Launch and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising, resulting in measurable improvements in traffic, engagement, and sales within the first 90 days. Team Development and Leadership: Successfully train and develop the marketing team, setting clear KPIs and achieving notable improvements in team performance and morale within the first 60 days. Optimization and Performance Improvement: Identify and implement key optimizations for Shopify store management and track performance metrics to show clear increases in sales, conversion rates, and ROI. Develop and present actionable recommendations for future marketing strategies based on data-driven insights within the first 90 days. Your Team When You Join Us You’ll be an essential part of our Managerial team, working alongside the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. You’ll be at the heart of our strategic decision-making, contributing to high-level discussions, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. We would love to hear from you if… You have more than 1 year of hands-on experience as a Marketing Manager, with a strong track record of driving results. You’ve successfully worked with e-commerce brands, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in these industries, and can act effectively based on set goals.
