Are you a Dutch-speaking customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional support? Were looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Barcelona team, where youll handle inquiries, assist customers, and contribute to a positive customer experience. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team-focused environment! Key Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions Accurately document call details in our management system, ensuring adherence to SLAs Stay informed on products and services, with a focus on those suited to customer-specific needs Escalate service issues when necessary, keeping senior team members informed Adhere to project-specific procedures and processes to ensure top-quality service Provide coverage for other team members as needed, both within the same and across different teams Support team projects and attend regular team meetings Perform additional tasks as assigned, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction Requirements: Language Skills: C2/fluent Dutch with B2-level English proficiency Experience: 1+ year in customer service (experience in the automotive industry or with electric vehicles is a plus) Technical Skills: Proficiency with IT systems, including Windows, MS Office, and internet setup Soft Skills: Strong customer service orientation, effective listening skills, and the ability to problem-solve independently What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience and performance Flexible work schedule: 30 hours/week, 3 PM - 9 PM 23 days of paid annual leave A friendly, collaborative team environment Ongoing training and support to help you reach your potential Ready to make a difference with us in Barcelona?
