Ready for a new chapter in Lisbon? Mark your calendar: Our next adventure starts on February 16th (Training & Start Date), so were looking for people ready to hit the ground running! Lets be honest—moving abroad is about more than just a job. Its about the coffee by the Tagus river, the weekend trips to Sintra, and meeting people from all over the world. We are looking for a Dutch speaker to join our Lisbon hub. You'll be supporting a well-known digital platform, helping users solve problems and making their day a bit easier. What will you actually be doing? No scripts that make you sound like a robot. You'll be the human voice behind the screen—handling chats, emails, and calls to help users navigate their issues. Yes, we have KPIs (like CSAT and NPS), but our real goal is a great customer experience. What do you need to bring? Dutch is a must (C1-C2), plus a good level of English to chat with your colleagues. Experience: No need! Flexibility: Our users are active 24/7, so we work on rotating shifts (Mon–Sun). The spirit of adventure: You're either already in Portugal or ready to pack your bags and move here. Whats in it for you? Salary: A solid base starting at €14,000 + a language bonus of €2,100/year. Daily perks: €7.63 net for your daily meals and a €720 yearly transportation bonus. Safety net: Health and life insurance (with family options) and a yearly performance bonus. Moving made easy: A €2,000 relocation bonus plus hands-on help with the boring stuff (NIF, NISS, and finding a place to live). Work where it feels like summer.
