Main Responsibilities: Lead Datacom product-domain solution design, ensuring technical competitiveness, commercial viability, and deliverability. Accurately understand client business and network requirements, perform independent network assessments, and deliver solution presentations. Independently develop solutions, network designs, bids, and quotations. Drive regional project expansion and solution-level operations, while building and maintaining strong technical relationships with clients. Collect and analyze competitor intelligence to generate strategic insights. * Scope can be adjusted based on business needs. Requirements: Educational background (BSc or Msc from a University, not Applied University) in Business & Management, Technical studies, Data & Analytics, or related/another field. Ability to translate client requirements into solution designs, track opportunities, and execute project strategies effectively. Strong cross-cultural adaptability and ability to perform well under pressure. Pre: Experience in ICT industry sales or marketing, with the capability to engage senior client stakeholders. Pre: Expertise in at least one domain: Datacom (Router or Switch). Commercial awareness and customer-oriented mindset. Strong interest in hardware products and telecom solutions. Fluency in English (spoken and written), Dutch is an advantage.
