Travel Consultant – Danish Speaker (Fully Remote | Lithuania) Are you passionate about travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences? Join a dynamic international travel services team where your Danish language skills truly make an impact. Location Lithuania – Fully Remote Enjoy the flexibility of working partly from home while being part of a collaborative, global environment. Language Requirements Danish: Native or C1/C2 level English: B2 level (spoken and written) Your Role As a Travel Consultant, you will be the voice of the brand and a trusted travel partner for customers. Your mission is to create smooth, stress-free travel experiences through professional, friendly, and solution-oriented support. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with travel-related inquiries across multiple channels Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel assistance Identify customer needs and provide personalized, effective solutions Deliver high-quality, customer-first service in every interaction Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally at all times Represent the brand with empathy, reliability, and care What Were Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability Ability to stay calm, professional, and empathetic in all situations Motivation to deliver service excellence every day Working Hours Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 20:00 Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00 365 days/year Bank holidays paid double Flexible schedules available to support work–life balance. Salary and Benefits Base salary: 1,900 EUR gross/month Performance bonus: up to 250 EUR gross/month Employment options: Full-time Part-time (minimum 50% / 20 hours per week ) Stable, long-term opportunity in an international company Supportive team culture and professional working environment
