What You’ll Be Doing ✔️ Lead and drive Finance Transformation initiatives focused on standardization and automation (e.g. AI, RPA) ✔️ Lead the annual external audit cycle for the TIP Group, including 20+ statutory audits ✔️ Collaborate with external auditors to design an efficient audit approach and identify improvement opportunities ✔️ Work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality and timely audit documentation What You’ll Bring ✔️ 5–8 years of Big 4 audit experience leading multiple international audit assignments ✔️ Experience improving audit efficiencies through automation ✔️ Continuous improvement mindset ✔️ Proactive mindset, high energy and strong ownership of outcomes ✔️ Strong communication, storytelling and influencing skills across all levels ✔️ Excellent people management skills, including coaching team members ✔️ A good sense of humor – we work hard, but we also enjoy what we do Why TIP?
