Job Title: PV Field Engineer Job Location: (city, country) Netherlands or Düsseldorf Main Responsibilities: I nstallation/Commissioning Instruction: Provide installation/commissioning training to customer/installer, ensure all the Huawei equipment would be installed safely, reliably and properly. Troubleshooting to malfunctioned equipment: Locate the fault by remote support or on-site service, instruct the customer/ maintenance personnel get the faulty equipment recovery. Preventive Maintenance: Routine maintenance triggered by Huawei, such as testing performance of solar system, checking historical alarms, checking the reliability of cable connection and exporting inverter logs etc. Service Strategy：Collect customer service requirements, analyze service strategies in the inverter industry, and support the service strategies in specific countries. Requirements: Bachelor degree or higher; electrical engineering (or equivalent) would be preferred. At least two years of experience in PV or energy storage business. Knowledge of Mechanical principles, electronics and AC/DC power distribution; Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic circuits; Understand the after-sales service process. Good communication skills with customer, teamwork spirit; tough and able to work under pressure, good professionalism, hard-working, strong execution, good learning ability.
