Partnership Manager

As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are opening up the new role for Partnership Manager in our Marketing team. As our Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for establishing new partnerships and helping them drive to success. We believe that by building and fostering partner relations, we can significantly increase the visibility of Virtuagym within the health and fitness market and as such, help drive our growth internationally. Your main KPI will be to generate qualified leads and/or monthly recurring revenue (MRR) through our partnerships. Partners we will actively pursue include: educational institutes, body composition scale manufacturers, aggregators, influencers, industry referrers, software integrations and fitness equipment manufacturers. Some of your key tasks As the Partnership Manager, you will have end-responsibility to establish new partnerships and to make them successful. As part of this responsibility, you will make sure partnership agreements are signed and maintained, partner integrations are made successfully, partnership fees are collected and partnerships are developed to a point where they are successful, meaning they generate new leads for the Sales team and/or result in new MRR. You will be the first point of contact for new partners and will work closely with the Product team to manage our integration marketplace, establish new integrations and make integrated solutions a commercial success. You will be part of the Marketing team, but will work with our CEO/CPO Hugo on a weekly basis to establish goals, report on KPIs and work on partnership success. This means the job is very diverse and you have a lot of freedom and independence with the opportunity to really create a lot of impact with the Partnership department and play an essential role in Virtuagym’s vision to become the Android of Fitness. What you will bring to the team 2+ years of work experience in business development, sales, customer success or marketing You have a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle It’s a plus if you already have a good understanding of the fitness industry and its players Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and native level of Dutch (mandatory) HBO or University degree (Bachelor level or higher) You can easily establish contact and speak with confidence You feel comfortable working with a lot of freedom and autonomy and ready to take responsibility Practical, enthusiastic, persistent and result-driven Entrepreneurial mindset Strong organisation and time / project management skills You feel comfortable taking risks and responsibility: every day we do things that have never been done before, and we’ll win and fail in the process!
