CURGOAL is a Full-Service Digital Marketing & Content Agency with headquarters in the Netherlands. Situated on the Brightlands Chemelot Campus in Geleen and the High-Tech Campus in Eindhoven. With a strong creative video agency in-house.

Established in 2018, strong expertise in Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution, Global Campaigns & Content Marketing for our B2B clients in the Material, Science, Tech & Innovation and High End Markets around the world. About the job:
You will be responsible for managing and executing marketing activities for both clients and CURGOAL. This includes setting up and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid media, and websites, while translating strategy into concrete actions that deliver measurable results.

You oversee multiple projects, coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and efficiently. In addition, you contribute to content creation and support business development by identifying growth opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.

About You:
You are creative, analytical, ambitious and eager to learn with a commercial attitude. You have excellent communication skills (spoken & written), both in Dutch and English, strongly and confidently. You can work in a team and autonomously.

Requirements & skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communications, (Digital) Marketing, Commercial Economics or equivalent by experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of Marketing & Communications or agency environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing & paid campaigns.
• You are well organised, structured and have an eye for detail.
• A good knowledge in at least two of the following areas is a must: social media, content marketing, copywriting, communications, video, and campaign management.
• Work experience and knowledge of tools and channels such as Google, Meta and Content Management platforms.
• Experience with the following areas ( or you will get trained by Curgoal) Set-up marketing campaign proposalsGoogle Ads (keyword, display)Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)LinkedIn Ads (B2B targeting & ABM campaigns)Google Analytics & performance reportingDashboarding (Looker Studio or similar)SEO (technical, on-page and website content optimisation within WordPress)Content marketing strategy (whitepapers, landing pages, lead magnets)
