Your role

• Deliver across Europe: From our international logistics center in Tilburg, you are responsible for deliveries to all 20 Dutch stores, e-commerce platforms and online orders for customers across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany & Ireland.

• Power our operations: You join a dedicated logistics team of 300 teammates (up to 420 in peak season). You work in a specific department with its own core processes, such as order picking, packing or the returns processing. You can choose to work in an active, high-energy environment (taking over 20,000 steps a day) or in a stationary setup.

• Next level moves: In addition to your daily responsibilities, you continuously develop into key leadership roles such as 'captain' or 'trainer'. As a captain, you provide daily guidance to your team, and as a trainer, you onboard and coach teammates in process optimization, safety, and personal growth. We will look together at which path fits you best!

• Drive & ownership: You stay motivated through strong commitment to your own mission and concrete daily targets, such as the total volume of orders picked and processed.
  

Who you are

We are searching for candidates who already have some experience in logistics for the role of Logistics Employee. But this isn't a hard 'must'. Your enthusiasm and commitment are the most important! Every month you discuss your goals with your manager. That is good for your (professional) development so that you know where you are heading. Do you tick these boxes? There's a good chance it's a match. In addition:

• You were born for the world of sports, dare to be yourself and are proactive.

• You are flexible in working hours and available 32-38 hours per week (including one weekend day). You are available in 3 shifts: morning (7:30-15:30) and afternoon/evening (15:30-23:30) and night shift (23.00 - 07.30).

• You have an excellent command of the English language

• You are not only an ambassador of Decathlon, but also of our Planet. Together we make the world of sports a lot more sustainable. This means as well that you live within 30 minutes radius of our warehouse in Tilburg.

You need a valid visa/work permit to work for us and you need to be at least 18 years old
