As we prepare for our newest opening in Amsterdam Noord we’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sales & Management Trainee to join us from June 2026 onwards. This 10 month traineeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both Sales, Operations & Duty Management, giving you exposure to the commercial and operational heartbeat of a lifestyle aparthotel. This internship is designed for bachelor hospitality students who want to develop a strong foundation in both commercial strategy and hotel operations. You will support the two Sales Managers in driving corporate, leisure and group business, while also gaining operational experience as part of the Operations team, learning how to lead shifts, oversee service delivery and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role will be full-time (40 hours), and we offer interns the opportunity to spend part of their working time on their bachelor research. This role is only available to hospitality students at bachelor level and is for a 10-month period.
