Senior SAP S/4HANA ABAP Developer (10+ Years Experience) Amsterdam, Netherlands (On-site/Hybrid) Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 4 Months About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA ABAP Developer to join a dynamic greenfield implementation project. This role is ideal for a senior professional who thrives in modern SAP environments and has a strong grasp of clean core principles and cloud-ready development . You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing ABAP solutions while collaborating closely with functional teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and support ABAP objects within an S/4HANA greenfield implementation Collaborate closely with SAP functional consultants to deliver scalable and efficient solutions Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing SAP functionalities Ensure alignment with clean core and cloud-ready architecture principles Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients to drive successful delivery Contribute to system upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization Support testing processes including unit testing and integration testing Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of SAP development experience with strong focus on S/4HANA Proven hands-on experience with: CDS Views and RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming) Framework Key user extensibility and on-stack developer extensibility RICEF objects , Workflow, Webdynpro, and OData services ABAP Development Tools (ADT) , Eclipse, and Support Package upgrades ABAP Unit Testing Framework Strong understanding of released APIs and SAP best practices Experience building custom SAP Fiori applications using Fiori Elements templates Hands-on experience with Business Application Studio (BAS) and Fiori Adaptation Projects Solid understanding of at least one SAP functional domain (EAM, P2P, FICO, O2C, MM, etc.) Nice to Have Understanding of modern UI/UX principles Experience with Fiori Launchpad configuration Exposure to Output Management / OPD Forms Why Join This Opportunity?
