This role is ideal for a leader passionate about building high-performing teams, driving innovation, and delivering scalable analytics solutions in a regulated environment. Your Role As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for creating an environment where teams take end-to-end ownership of analytics and AI products—from ideation to deployment. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other tech leads to deliver impactful, secure, and scalable solutions. You are a proactive leader who thrives in Agile environments , understands risk and compliance requirements , and is passionate about developing people and teams . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage 5–7 cross-functional teams (30–50 indirect/direct reports) Recruit, mentor, and retain top technical talent Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture Drive end-to-end ownership of analytics and AI product delivery Ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality software delivery processes Promote Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and engineering best practices Manage risk, compliance, and security requirements in line with regulatory standards Collaborate with compliance and security teams to ensure adherence to frameworks Oversee budgets, workforce planning, and HR-related responsibilities What You'll Work On Delivery of analytics products used by millions of customers Leading Data Science and GenAI teams building innovative solutions Driving continuous improvement across multiple teams Supporting teams in designing, building, and operating AI-driven products About the Environment You will be part of a forward-thinking Data Analytics department composed of 25+ end-to-end teams , focused on innovation, rapid learning, and delivering value quickly.
