Pension Specialist Reference: 2025-APG-281 Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Hours per week: 40 Experience Required: 4+ years Education Level: HBO / WO working and thinking level Travel Requirement: 25% – 50% Overview We are seeking an experienced Pension Specialist to support pension fund operations during the transition to the new pension system in the Netherlands. This role focuses on implementing pension schemes, supporting operational continuity, and improving pension administration processes while ensuring high-quality service delivery to pension fund clients. You will play a key role in helping pension funds successfully navigate regulatory and system changes while maintaining excellent ongoing service. Your Role As a Pension Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing pension schemes, supporting colleagues in pension administration processes, and identifying opportunities to improve systems and workflows. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations during a period of significant pension reform and organizational transformation.
