Production Worker Plus

Als Productiemedewerker Plus maak je deel uit van een groeiend team waar moderne machines centraal staan. Je transformeert drukwerk naar een sterk eindproduct en geniet van afwisseling in je dagelijkse taken. Groei en ontwikkeling staan voorop in deze functie, zonder nacht- of weekenddiensten.

Als Productiemedewerker Plus maak je deel uit van een vers en groeiend team van machine- en printoperators. De printoperators zorgen voor het basismateriaal, terwijl jij en je collega's dit materiaal omzetten in een sterk eindproduct. Samen houden jullie de machines draaiende en de planning op schema.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkt met moderne machines, houdt de kwaliteit goed in de gaten en ziet direct de resultaten van je werk. De werksfeer is ontspannen, met een sterke focus op teamwork en vertrouwen.

Jouw taken:

Semifabricaten in de machines plaatsen

Machines instellen en aanpassen voor de productvorm

Kwaliteit controleren en testen uitvoeren

Afgewerkte producten verpakken

Samenwerken met collega's om de machines soepel te laten draaien

Je werkt 38 uur per week in een twee-ploegen systeem (ochtend en middag/avond). Nacht- of weekenddiensten zijn er niet, wat zorgt voor een goede werk-privébalans.

You have experience in a production environment

You can set up and adjust machines

You have technical insight and can solve small issues independently

You speak and understand Dutch and/or English

You work accurately and actively think along in the process
