You will work at a leading international organization specialized in automated logistics solutions for e-commerce. From a large fulfilment center in the Arnhem region, a highly advanced system processes tens of thousands of parcels per hour. You will be part of a team of around 50 professionals, including technicians, team leaders, and IT specialists, all working together to keep operations running at peak performance.

Working hours
  • 5-shift schedule (2-2-1)
  • Average of 34 working hours per week
  • Regular weekends off

Manpower is looking for a Maintenance Team Lead for a company in Arnhem.

In this role, you are responsible for managing and supporting a team of technicians while ensuring the performance of complex logistics systems.

Daily tasks:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
  • Ensure maximum uptime of automated logistics systems
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues quickly
  • Work with technologies such as electrical systems, mechanics, pneumatics, and sensors
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as IT support and operations
  • Maintain a safe working environment and follow all procedures
  • Report on performance, improvements, and maintenance planning

Functie-eisen
  • MBO level of working and thinking
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical or maintenance environment
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and/or pneumatics
  • Experience leading or coaching a technical team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good command of Dutch and English
  • Certifications such as VCA, NEN 3140, or similar are a plus
  • Experience in intralogistics is an advantage
