Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
2. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance and productivity targets.
3. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
4. Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA standards.
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
6. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
7. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, or operational bottlenecks.
8. Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software to track inventory and generate reports.
9. Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (e.g., productivity, error rates, inventory levels).
10. Ensure proper handling and storage of goods, especially temperature-sensitive or hazardous materials (if applicable).
11.Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Qualifications
1. associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
2. Minimum of half an year of warehouse or logistics experience
3. Proficiency in using WMS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
4. Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse safety standards.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
