• Schrijf duidelijke, gebruiksvriendelijke en aantrekkelijke UX-teksten die onze missie ondersteunen : Simplify the complex.
• Werk nauw samen met productdesigners, onderzoekers, marketing, legal & compliance, product owners en andere stakeholders.
• Ontwikkel en bewaak de tone-of-voice en taalrichtlijnen voor onze handelsplatforms.
• Vertaal complexe financiële informatie naar begrijpelijke, toegankelijke en overtuigende productteksten.
• Creëer een consistente producttaal en inhoudsstrategie in samenwerking met het marketing contentteam.
• Neem deel aan gebruikersonderzoek om inzichten te vertalen naar effectieve copy-oplossingen.
• Lever bijdragen aan onze style guide en onderhoud het digitale lexicon voor de hele organisatie.
• Ondersteun en coach productdesigners in het toepassen van UX-copyprincipes.
• Stimuleer het bewustzijn over de waarde van UX-copywriting binnen het bedrijf.
