Digital Organizational Change Manager

About the Role:
In this position you will lead the organizational change management to support the global HARMAN Lifestyle digitization and transformation through the implementation enhancements and continuous improvement phases of digital projects. Drive the adoption of IT/Digital changes and ensure that the new systems are fully utilized by the organization.
The key responsibility of this position is to develop and lead the execution of the organizational change management plan to ensure all affected personnel understand and are aligned to the digitization initiatives.
This role will provide seamless and effective communication to the organization and project stakeholders clearly identifying human adoption factors.
Communications: Prepare the organization through continuous communication of the value and change needed in culture business process master data change and maintenance and use of system. Use all communication methods including communicating through intranet hub holding townhalls team and individual meetings to help organization understand change needed and motivate stakeholders to be part of the change.
This role will work with project leaders across various function within Lifestyle Division to support future expansion/improvement of processes and systems implemented.
What You Will Do:
Develop strategies to engage and communicate with end-users to create awareness and usage of the upcoming Digital changes.
Design and implement training programs to ensure that users are proficient in using new systems and technologies.
Lead and drive effective communication of project value benefit and change needed with global project teams and stakeholders.
Foster a positive attitude towards change and address concerns or resistance from users.
Provide ongoing education and resources to support users in adapting to changes.
Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on the organization using assessments of organizational culture performance and readiness for change.
Establish an efficient approach for capturing validating and socializing project change impact assessment outcomes with core team leaders work stream leads and impacted stakeholder group representatives.
Develop communication and branding proposals and lead initiatives to ensure proper communication to affected departments in the organization
Develop and manage stakeholder analysis outlining impacted groups and individuals including unique experiences pain points strengths and needs.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Bachelors degree in computer science Business Administration or engineering.
At least 10 years experience in Business Analysis Change management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills curiosity to learn and agility.
Excellent time management & organizational skills with keen attention to details.
What is Nice to Have:
Experience in SAP ERP IBP CRM eCommerce preferred.
Experience in working in a global environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
