As we continue to grow at ScreenPoint Medical we are looking for a hands-on customer-driven Product Designer to make an impact on improving breastcancer care by shaping how clinicians healthcare teams and ultimately patientsexperience our AI across the Transpara product family.
This is a craft role with broad reach. Youll design the interfaces radiologists useevery day map the clinical and patient workflows our AI fits into run the userresearch that validates our concepts and shape the visual language that holdsour products together. Today our products serve radiologists and breast careteams; as we expand toward broader healthcare stakeholders and patient-facingexperiences this role will be central to making that journey coherent.
Youll work across our full product portfolio from core clinical AI products to our platform and on partner-facing experiences delivered through OEM and channelintegrations. You will report to the Chief Product & Technology Officer and collaborate closelywith Product Managers Clinical Scientists AI Researchers Software EngineersCustomer Success Marketing and strategic partners.
Key responsibilities
- Design product experiences: Turn product strategy into mockups prototypes and production-ready UI across our breast AI product family balancing clinical value regulatory requirements and partner commitments.
- Map clinical and patient workflows: Collaborate with ProductManagers and Clinical Scientists to map breast imaging workflows fromradiologist reading and reporting today to broader care team and patientinteractions as our products evolve. Identify where AI fits how it shouldbe presented and where workflow friction creates opportunity.
- Run customer and user research: Plan and conduct structuredinterviews with radiologists healthcare professionals and patientsworldwide.
- Synthesize findings into validated design decisions and feed them into PM and R&D backlogs.
- Own the design system and visual language: Maintain and evolve thecross-product design language component library color system brandconsistency across Transpara products and partner integrations.
- Bridge design clinical and R&D: Act as the design link from concept through delivery surfacing risks forcing decisions and ensuring clinical insights translate into product decisions.
- Visualize strategy: Develop northstar visuals and concept artifacts thatalign R&D Clinical and Commercial on product direction.
Job requirements
You are a hands-on designer who runs their own research brings clarity toambiguous problems and pushes for decisions. You are comfortable owning aproblem from first interview to shipped UI and workflow solutions. You bring:
- 5 years as a Product Designer / UX Designer with a strong portfolio of shipped product work.
- Demonstrated ability to design for complex professional users (B2B expert tooling technical or scientific workflows); experience designing patient-facing or consumer healthcare products is a plus.
- Hands-on user research experience: planning and running structuredinterviews synthesizing findings translating insight into design decisions.
- Strong visual design craft: comfortable owning UI design design systemsand brand-consistent product experiences.
- Experience working in or closely with cross-functional R&D teams (software AI data science clinical).
- Strong communication skills: able to bridge design technical clinical andpartner perspectives.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience designing for medical imaging radiology clinical software orother regulated professional domains.
- Familiarity with regulated product development environments (MDR FDAISO 13485)
- Workflow design or service design background comfortable mappingmulti-actor processes not only screens.
- Hands-on experience with Figma prototyping tools and design systemmaintenance.
- Awareness of DICOM HL7 or clinical IT integration patterns
Note: deep clinical or radiology experience is a plus not a requirement. We arelooking for a strong product designer who is curious about the clinical domainand able to ramp on it rather than a domain veteran with limited design craft.
