Over de functie

Als Sales Application Engineer ben jij de technische schakel tussen onze klanten,

servicepartners en interne organisatie. Je ondersteunt klanten bij technische vragen,

storingen en producttoepassingen van onze innovatieve lithiumbatterijen en

energiesystemen.

Je analyseert technische problemen, denkt mee over passende oplossingen en werkt nauw samen met engineering, productie en sales. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en

klantgerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat klanten optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van

onze producten.

Je komt terecht in een innovatieve organisatie die wereldwijd actief is binnen de

energietransitie. Kandidaten woonachtig in Duitsland worden nadrukkelijk uitgenodigd om te reageren op deze vacature.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je ondersteunt klanten, distributeurs en servicepartners bij technische vraagstukken en storingen.
• Je analyseert technische meldingen en begeleidt klanten naar een passende oplossing.
• Je ondersteunt bij de selectie en toepassing van batterij- en energiesystemen.
• Je werkt nauw samen met engineering bij complexe technische vraagstukken.
• Je signaleert structurele problemen en denkt mee over product- en
• procesverbeteringen.
• Je verzorgt technische documentatie, handleidingen en klantinstructies.
• Je ondersteunt sales bij technische productinformatie en klantprojecten.
• Je geeft producttrainingen aan klanten en partners.
• Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en nieuwe toepassingen.

Wat breng je mee?

• Mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting elektrotechniek of Mechatronica.
• Ook kandidaten met een afgeronde mbo 4 -opleiding met relevante praktijkervaring nodigen we nadrukkelijk uit om te reageren.
• Ervaring in een technische support-, service- of engineeringfunctie is een pré.
• Affiniteit met elektrische systemen of batterijtechnologie.
• Je bent analytisch, praktisch ingesteld en klantgericht.
• Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en oplossingsgericht
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands, Engels en Duits.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden.
• Bereidheid om incidenteel klanten of projecten op locatie te bezoeken.

About the Role

As a Sales Application Engineer, you will be the technical link between our

customers, service partners, and internal organization. You will support customers

with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and product applications related to our

innovative lithium battery and energy storage systems.

You will analyze technical issues, develop appropriate solutions, and work closely

with our Engineering, Production, and Sales teams. Thanks to your technical

expertise and customer-focused approach, you will help customers maximize the

value and performance of our products.

You will join an innovative organization that is actively contributing to the global

Due to our location near the Dutch-German border, this role is easily accessible for

professionals living in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and service partners regarding product applications and troubleshooting.
• Analyze technical issues and guide customers toward effective solutions.
• Support the selection and application of battery and energy storage systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team on complex technical challenges.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to product and process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and customer instructions.
• Support the Sales team with technical product information and customer projects.
• Deliver product training sessions to customers and partners.
• Monitor market developments and identify new application opportunities.

What You Bring

• MBO+ or HBO level of education and thinking, preferably in Electrical
• Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Candidates with a completed MBO Level 4 qualification and relevant practical experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a technical support, service, or engineering role is an advantage.
• Affinity with electrical systems and/or battery technology.
• Strong analytical skills, practical mindset, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and with a solution-focused approach.
• Good command of Dutch, English, and German.
• Accurate working style and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to occasionally visit customers or project sites.
