Your Role at a Glance
As People & Culture Manager you will be a member of the IKEA Delft Management Team. You will act as a strategic business partner while driving an inclusive engaging and development-focused work environment.

You will help our co-workers and leaders grow strengthen our unique IKEA culture and ensure that people and business objectives go hand in doing so you will contribute every day to a workplace where people feel welcome can be themselves and are empowered to perform at their best.

What You Will Do

• Lead and drive the People & Culture agenda for IKEA Delft ensuring successful execution
• Translate the global People & Culture strategy into local initiatives that support our ambitions and business results
• Partner with the Management Team on talent development succession planning and organizational development
• Coach inspire and develop the People & Culture team
• Build and maintain strong constructive relationships with the Works Council and labor unions
• Foster a healthy safe and inclusive work environment where well-being engagement and sustainable employability are central
• Support leaders through change growth and the development of high-performing teams
• Connect people culture and performance to deliver sustainable business results

Who You Are
You are an experienced People & Culture leader who is passionate about developing people and organizations. You understand the dynamics of a fast-paced retail environment and know how to translate strategy into concrete actions with visible impact.

In addition you recognize yourself in the following:

• Extensive experience in leadership talent development and change management
• A strong business partner who naturally connects people and business results
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to inspire and engage others through change
• Experience in stakeholder management employee relations and collaboration with Works Councils and labor unions
• Resilient decisive and comfortable in an environment that is constantly evolving
• Curious by nature eager to learn and committed to helping others grow and develop
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
